CDesign Hotel

The view is wonderful but the staff at the reception desk at not helpful and with bad attitude.

We stayed here for two nights. While facilities and location right in front of the pool were great (esp the rooftop pool), our room was not according to the listing photos (tiny balcony with quite poor view into the city) and the service was truly subpar at check-in (took more than half an hour) and during other interactions. Has all the basics but needs to focus on the guest experience.

Most of the staff dont speak English, so be prepared to get angry when you are ordering something to eat, google translate did the job

Its not as clean as I would like, wifi in my room wasnt working, but I could change rooms without an nissue. Theres a nice pool with sauna and jakuzzi on the top floor & breakfasts are superb!

Awful customer service, people in the reception are not helpful at all. The service in rooftop bar is very very slow. I’ve asked to have my room cleaned 5 times and they never showed up! I will def not come back and would not recommend to anyone. This hotel is simply overcrowded and the people working there cannot keep up with the demand!!!!
