i stayed several days in this hotel in nov 2020 and i just love it.at first stay i was sceptical about location as it is close to favela Rochina and location is a bit far from main atractions in Rio de Janeiro...but than i was very positive surpraised as it was not too far from atractions in Rio and beaches,actualy very nice beach is just across hotel.i love that hotel because of very modern and nice design,huge rooms with huge bathroom everything in best design and you feel in every detail that this hotel is designed by famous architect Niemayer.Breakfst was great the only complain i have that swimming pool was not realy clean and restuarnt service and food is poor and not fit quality of this hotel.So in all I highly recomend this hotel and i realy enyojed to stay there some days.and by the way parking is not free as they say.i paid daily 35 reais extra.

Rooms are good. Staff friendly, Food is not good. Maybe it is because of Covid, but even the pizza was very bad. Very bad.

I was scheduled to stay at this property on March 19,2020. Delta Airlines cancelled my flight due to COVID19. I tried calling the hotel & Expedia(whom I booked through)to cancel hotel and was unsuccessful. The week of April 20th,I was finally able to get through to Expedia which contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to refund my money.
