This os THE worst car rental service in the whole country of Brazil! Staff is very unprofessional, slow, sloppy, lousy and uncaring. Their system is completely out of date and obsolete which makes things slow and worse. It took me literally FIVE (5) HOURS to be served and get my car, even though I had done all in advance online. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful! Just ridiculous!

Great prices, but get quick on the line, or you'll have to wait a long time to be attended. Really nice, clean cars.

It took ages for returning the car. They had my credit card for 20-15 min and I could not see what’s going on and what they were doing with it - that was quite annoying.

Best rental cars in Rio de Janeiro, very friendly and very helpful staff. They will pick you up at the airport at 3rd level. So walk to the Exit at the central doors, you will find them parked in the middle of the road where also other car rental pick up point too. It will tale maximum 10mins to reach the rental office. I always had very nice and clean cars. I suggest to get the extra cover from them rather than the one you may book from, it's also usuallt cheaper. God bless you Jesus is the Saviour now and forever!

Foco Rental Cars is the worst car rental company that I`ve seen in so many years of travel. After they rejected the already payed car with a hilarious and annoying reason that they gave the car to somebody else because we`ve came half hour late, they proposed me an extra payment in equal amount for an upgrade. Also I had to pay an full cover insurance of the same value. Overall I had to pay three times the initial fee. I refused, get to hotel with taxi and now Booking is refusing and denying the refund of the payment. Another car rental company gave us the next day a brand new car in just 10 minutes with no additional costs and full coverage insurance. Ask for Movida if u want a 5 star services. Shame on you Foco Car renting. You suck.
