Such a better customer experience then our last two rentals at Movita. Aline was awesome for us. Night and day difference.
Terrible people. English website not working but refuse to help and let me to book directly. Office only for pick up and give back cars. Calling 890 number but when I ask for anyone speak English they just hang up ! Terrible company
This is not Hertz! It’s a Brazilian company and by that you won’t have the same possibilities as Hertz would offer you. Keep this in mind!
For example:
You can’t take an extra insurance on the car to have less or no-risk like Hertz offer. Local rules counts, not the one of Hertz. They just use the name of Hertz. This it what they tell the clients in the shop.
If you cancel a car it takes time to get your money back too. They promise the same day.
UPDATE:
For two days an illegal block on the credit card by this company! No car was rented. The contract was not signed. Phone calls were made to the creditcard company and this “Hertz”. No result!
Returning the car was super slow (30 min), you have to wait in the same line as people renting it which makes the process a pain. Once you reach the desk, it's only 5 mins.
