Avoid at all cost. Getting keys to the car took about 45 minutes even though there was no one else there. When I returned it I was charged a US $100 fee for a deep cleaning the car rental service said they needed to take the car off site to remove dog hair. I have been charged a standard cleaning fee in the past — which I’m happy to pay — but never a sum that was about the same as the rental fee. If you like walking away feeling ripped off, this is the place for you.

Nice, helpfull staff. The only thing is they asked for extra 60 reais too wash the car which I have never experienced before in a car rental. Besides car was not extra dirty. We negotiated and they accepted not to charge it
