Great location, nice view of Rio and nice rooms, period. Besides that the hotel needs service improvement urgently! Feels like it is managed or better said, mismanaged by amateurs... I waited more than 60 minutes to get a bottle of water delivered to my room. Typical brazilian style, I bet they have just one waitress to attend the whole building....SAD!

Awesome hotel, loved my stay. The rooftop bar is perfect, incredible view of rio from the pool.

Spacious room, comfy bed, excellent service and breathtaking view. Having a drink by the poolside is a must.
