Great place, great people, well run and managed. Highly recommend.

Guys this is a hostel, it's not a hotel... So for anyone complaining about certain things should go to the Sheraton hahahahaha. AMAZING view.... Love Vidigal. Gringos it's VERY SAFE. WiFi can be bad at times but it's free and did I say view?!? Amazing! Hahaha The cooks are great and they serve drinks. The hostel beds are not bad. It's a place to sleep.

Mega Blick auf Rio und total nette Leute. Haben uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher gefühlt! Deluxe-Zimmer ist geschmacksache. We we‘re really satisfied staying there. Beautiful view on Rio and the sea. We‘ve never been feared about staying in a Favela. It was a great experience meeting all the friendly and helpful people in Vidigal. Moro-Taxi is strictly recommended because of absolut fun😉 Deluxe-Room grants a little privacy, we shared the bathroom with one person wich occupied the room next to us. Simple, but heart-touching and very helpful in all matters.

Go there! Really, really nice people. The area is really interesting and different from the stuff you would normally see in Rio. Also the view!

Amaaaaaazing hostel! The owners are really nice. You can never imagine the sunset and the sun rise you can see over there. I thought going to slumbs were kind of dangerous, but it is not, at all! Really suggest it!
