Good, rooms are comfortable and "big". Only the pool is small and I mean, no heated when write: heated.

I would highly recommend this hotel for its location it’s right in the heart of downtown with two metro stops close by. Furthermore, the hotel staff are amazing and really look after you. I must say a massive thank you to the reception manager Bruno for all his hard work. I kept bombarding him with questions not once did he get annoyed or made me feel like I ask taking up too much of his time. From google searches to finding safe taxi drivers he really went the extra mile for me and I’m extremely thankful. The breakfast was amazing, and rooms cleaned to a very high standard each day. Would stay again 5 starts.

Very nice service. Had an excellent stay. Sadly not very clean and problems with the cleaning staff. After talking to the reception everything was solved. The pool is smaller than expected.

This is a badly run hotel, the entrance is constantly dirty, the front desk are rude and do not tell you how the rooms work and what the lights outside the rooms stand for. We stayed they for 4 or 5 days and the room was only cleaned once on the first day. I as a guest had to sweep and make the bed. We had to call for towels. The towels have a funny smell.. The pool is a far from the pics displayed. The water smells and the side walls of the pool are dirty. The bar at the pool is run with a cooler box with limited stuff in it. SAD.. We can not leave our homes with swimming pools and bathrooms for mediocre services like the Granada Hotel. Who ever rated this hotel 8.5 should be stripped of theIR title.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Was a nice place to stay for a few days. The beds were comfortable but we had two twin beds pushed together to make a "king". The was no fitted sheet or anything to connect the beds so they kept sliding apart. The breakfast bar was nice and had enough variety to please Americans and native Brazilians. Rooms were quiet and the view from the rooftop deck was awesome.
