Brand new, clean and comfortable property with excellent staff. Beach is 5 min walk away and the area is safe, full of restaurants, bars, shops. Front desk speaks perfect English and they do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Fernanda is treating you like a family member. She ensures you have the best stay in Rio. I’ll definitely visit them again.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable and clean. But our room was right by reception with no insulation in the walls. You could hear everything said in the reception with noise continuing from 7am or earlier to 11pm at night. Sometimes i could sleep by using headphone earplugs, but it's not really good enough.

Even though there was some initial confusion about our reservation the management went out their way to accommodate us and make our stay there pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is near everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Without any question the best place in Rio to stay in Leblon fantastic Neighbhoud secure , close to all amenities and the beach ,at the heart of Rio nightlife , clean , comfortable ( you should try the family suite)and most important with the best friendly , sweet and cute group of workers we ever had on a stay abroad ( like we were really friends from a long time ) big thanks Fernanda for all attention and help and preoccupation with our special requirements( hope we didn’t disturb too much ) , and also to Luana , Mariana , Guilherme e a Sandrinha Bahiana and all others you made our stay so easy and happy , looking forwards to come back soon paulo, Rafi and Monish .you only let’s us down in one aspect( you owe us a all together night party around the festive Rio see you soon we loved the place and you all
