Living Hotel Beija-flor

Cockroaches everywhere .. I woke up with one under my pillow. Aircondition too noisy.. ants walking around the breakfast and inside the cakes. They gave us 1 towel for 2. The bed can't fit 2 people. Smelly corridor. The door locks are poor. Never cleaned our room for 4 days. And after all these when I asked them if I can leave 2 hours later they told me that I had to pay extra. Never go to that hotel.

Localização excelente. Atendimento e café da manhã ótimos.

Hotel cobrou antecipadamente e sem justificativa a reserva para outubro de 2020. A reserva foi realizada via booking e hotel não respondeu o aplicativo e não estornou a cobrança indevida e já se passaram 10 dias. Ninguém atende o telefone do hotel. Não recomendo, pois só poderiam cobrar 7 dias antes. Não resolvem problema simples destes, total descaso e desrespeito. Nem após o cancelamento respeitaram e cumpriram a gratuidade.
