Nice atmosphere. Good products. Also the people were really nice, however, they didn't know even the basics of what they were doing. (What about covering and adjusting the face area of the massage table, putting pillows under the neck & knees or keeping clients covered decently during treatment? How about asking if the client is comfortable and noticing when they grimace in pain? How about smooth movements when moving arms or necks instead of unexpected jerks and yanks? For one treatment they used what felt like a bamboo rod, but instead of smacking only on muscles they hit tendons, joints and bones. They pressed down on my sternum until I had to tell them to stop. At one point I couldn't deal with it and said "OW!". Foot and hand massages are usually pleasant. Not here. The pain continued for more than half of the two hour treatment. It was the single most painful experience I have ever had in a spa- and I have gone to many.

I loved going back again. The staff is very friendly. Excellent attention. I came back as new. I recommend for those who want to relax. The area is amazing too.
