Great place for a deep bath culture but you need suport the strong smell of drug , is the negativ point....

Not my favorite. Here when nothing is open, so that changes the vibe. If you like Street graffiti, you'll love walking around here. Doesn't feel as safe FYI.

The most memorable night of my entire trip! It was like a NYC block party on steroids! Live musicians and a dj too playing hip hop, rap, top 40. Lots of people so don’t go if you’re claustrophobic. Pro tip: even though liquor is sold and is pretty cheap, still bring a bottle or something to share! Also if you like to people watch like me, go for the stairs!

Great brazilian atmosphere vibe, chilled environment with nice cultural samba, there are several Bars, live Samba music, drinks and food on the street, a lot of people! You must be very careful of thefts, it is not advisable to get away from the places with many people, keep in mind that it is the perfect environment to commit robberies. If possible do not go alone, and dont leave by foot after midnight. From 8pm the sambistas begin to play, you can take the subway and get off at the Uruguayan station to walk 3 blocks until you reach the place. ENJOY IT!
