Bad customer service , hotel main principle is money first and then ... you may be in trouble. I quickly picked up a bad vibe after I contacted them to organise my booking , staff was really rude. This hotel has too much rules that only protect themselves. I tried to politely share my feedback but it was not received. If you are considering this hotel, please read all online reviews so you can make an informed decision. My recommendation is avoid it. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

A small, cozy and quiet place in front one of the most beautiful beaches on Brazilian northwestern coast.
