Life here is good its a shame you have to leave and see outside

Alphaville is a secluded, gated community near Beach Park in Fortaleza. What started as essentially a subdivision with mostly empty lots, has been transformed in the last decade in a regular suburban subdivision. The styles of the houses vary, although they all have to be approved by an internal zoning committee, and security guards, big walls, and gates are found everywhere. The central club is very well maintained, with many options to the residents. The pool area is very good and there are many facilities for exercises and games. It is still a bit far from Fortaleza to make it worth leaving there (unless you are a retiree), but definitely a great place for a beach house at the moment (especially with the recently opened supermarket).
