Food is better compared to Ramada (opposite) before covid-19 pandemic. Dual languages for foreign tv channels (this is the 1st hotel I have stayed with this feature), staff r polite n room is decent

The pool and gym were closed (covid? ) but very clean and good location!

Spent 17 days here for quarantine, food is ok, rooms are just the right size. Service from staff are good.

My review is Totally based on 16 day qurantine stay Prons Room are well furnished and very clean. housekeeping staff really good. Room service for meal time good. Tv has english audio options thats really good. Cons Language issue,most of the staff does not understand english properly they speak Portuguese but they do their best to give services. I'll suggest to use google translate. No electric kettle in rooms big issue, if you order a coffee it takes really long time to serve.
