Had to stay here for a night after we left a horrible hotel. The room was ok, but the door handle fell off and the sprinkler under the air conditioning was leaking water on the floor and table. The water pressure was terrible though. The front desk people were nice, but service in the hotel was subpar. They charged us extra to do a late checkout which our last hotel didn’t do. The room didn’t come with a microwave, so we also asked for our food to be reheated but they said “the microwave was too small”. There was also a miscommunication with English when telling us the charges of a late checkout which was disappointing. Breakfast was good, but not much variety for hot items. Overall it was ok but could have been better.

Very chill place. You can relax on the roof top by the pool and order drinks or you can walk across the street to the beach👊

Room quite large, looks not as a 4* room, as amenities, breakfast excellent, personal at reception desk very friendly, nice and helpful, trying to solve all of my problems. The guys at the pool bar are quite unfriendly, you have to wait for them very long, I ordered a caipirinha and after 20min I gave up, he didn't prepare it, a drink you can do in a couple of minutes. I was disappointed from the guy/s at the pool bar. The rest of the hotel staff very nice. Overall a good and pleasant stay at Windsor Leme hotel. I would recommend it.

Old hotel with very dated rooms. Excellent location in front of beach and beatiful views. First night air conditioning leaked and had to be moved to another room. Policy on overnight guests is restrictive even when you are paying for two guests. Even masseurs were not allowed in the room which is terrible since there is no spa at the hotel. The Hilton a few blocks over may be a better choice with a more expansive breakfast menu as well.
