I believe they’ve gotten my order wrong maybe over half of the times I go there. I am happy of the location, but now I need to know that they got my order correct before leaving.
Really rude employees. I use to work at Tim hortons so I know you can pick what Tim bits you want but she told me it was a mix, and that I couldn’t pick the ones I wanted. Mad bc I told her I wasn’t ready to order, went outside and made fun of me as in got in my car.
Waited 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, and another 10 minutes after that for 2 drinks. The two drinks we then got were incorrect so had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for the correct drinks.
Standing there at the counter and the 3 ladies working there just ignore me. And not just ignore, but act as though they are deaf and blind when I said “excuse me please”....the 5th time I asked kindly but Much more loudly, the very kind lady working at the gas station counter actually came over to see what the heck was going on. Still, no response to my presence....no wonder the place was empty and devoid other life.
Horrible service they don’t bother to help you and give so much attitude will never go there again I’d rather make a detour for better service.
