Train files for too long. We ask for help and don't get it. Personal very indiscreet between one another. They are so preoccupied with bickering each other that people who really need help after their personal problems. Not at all professional.

9.50 minutes of waiting at the tel! Don't I just have something to do? I was on lunch break at school and I called for an info and I took all precious time to get no response !! & then very cold customer service
