I just recently used this company carpet cleaning service and I was amazed with how thoroughly they worked on the dirty carpets and how clean it came out when the whole process was done. I highly appreciate their efforts.
Called on a Sunday and someone picked up and said "Hello?" And I asked if it was 5 Star Carpet Cleaning. He says "We're closed today". THEN WHY DID YOU PICK UP??? I asked if he's open tomorrow and he hung up. Guess they don't want any business - more like 0 star carpet cleaning. Customer service is terrible.
