Very professional advisor, attentive, precise in his explanations, pleasant experience.
Ask the seller if the mattress would lose its resistance, he specified that it was impossible, 2 months after the acquisition of the mattress, it loses its resistance and becomes more pouty, beginning of back problems because the mattress is no longer strong enough. No returns or refunds possible.
The prices are affordable and the staff courteous, but seems to have difficulty advising well
