Unlike some croutons of my age who think that haute cuisine is like a club sandwich and gives 1 stars because it does not serve poutine, I am extremely happy to finally have variety here. I am just as proud of these two young people who have started a business at their age and shows that in Deschaillons, we are ambitious. The food is excellent, the chef has a lot of talent. I know I tend to talk a lot, something that my wife often reminds me, but I still had a great conversation with the young man at the checkout, I hope I did not break your ears at talk for half an hour with you, but I'm sure to come back and eat at your place!
Very varied and very tasty HEALTH menu! Everything is homemade. Even non-vegetarians will find something to their liking there. Veggie burger meatball is homemade! A delight that far exceeds that of commerce. Located in a beautiful village by the river. Food allergies are taken into account. Long live this young innovative business for the region. It feels good to have a healthier option when choosing restaurants! ☺

Frosty home, slow service, tasteless food, but salty bill. In short, first and last visit!
Raspberry pizza has merit for innovation, but lacks taste. (Try with a hint of balsamic vinegar). Ditto for the poke.
The atmosphere is nice, but the service does not exist.
A pleasant experience, finally a restaurant where you can eat well other than fat frying. A delicious and healthy menu, with ecological options such as bringing your dishes to life. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will come back for sure!
