There are no words to describe how fabulous our experience with Property Guys has been. I would recommend selling your house privately via Property Guys for anyone in Red Deer and the surrounding area. They have a wide selection of plans from the very do-it-yourself method up to the hold-your-hand-like-a-realtor method. Either way you should be saving thousands of your hard earned dollars. I surmised that in this day in age most folks are shopping for their house on realtor.ca and PG will get you on there, as well as the local MLS which the other FSBO sites might not be able to do in Red Deer. They also give you a much superior listing on their own site: we are talking tons of pictures and and a more comprehensive write up. It is absolutely crucial that you have professional photos of your house inside and out: let David take these for you - look at their listings and you'll see they have the right gear for the job. David is very knowledgeable about the industry and was very quick to respond to emails and texts (unlike the realtor I *almost* listed with). I had an offer on on house within 30 days and was pleased with the local lawyer PG recommended. Thanks David Hicks and Property Guys.
