I thought staff that answer the phone are suppose to help you out,not sound like they hate there job with an attitude problem, they are lazy an just giving you the runaround i asked about road tests they told me book it online an the government will do it for you, but what i found out what i hearrd is that there all being lazy, also heard from the same person cause he called so many registries an finally got a good one , your suppose to go in an pay for a permit and then the government makes a road test for you idk about buying a permit online never saw anything

Do the staff working here appreciate the fact they have a decent job ? Numerous Albertans are out of work and i'm sure some would love to have steady registry employment. Staff are down right rude (insurance ladies much more pleasant). Would rather drive to stony plain.

Not sure who Manages Registries but they would do well to review their staff and actually write a response to reviewers indicating they have considered their review. We have found the one female staff in Registries to be very abrupt and rude. Public relations and professionalism should be addressed by the Manager. By speaking up we trust our service from registries will not be compromised.
