They never responded back despite numerous attempts..highly unprofessional people!

Yes they are nice but only with their new clients. If they say soon gonna give you back call during their working hours or anytime. Trust me you won’t recieve any. I’ve filed tax of this year from them and I’ve recieved less refund than calculated and these guys say we don’t have time to check or call CRA will talk to you in May. That’s KP’s customer service. Don’t know about anyone else. I’ve had a bad service this time.

(I have continued to use them each year and am so happy I do)
