I had the most AMAZING experience with Kimberlee!!! I was in an incredibly difficult situation and I had no idea what I was going to do. She was/is so patient and kind to me. She explained everything in a way I could understand. She also went above and beyond in helping me feel safe and deserving of my new life! Truly a blessing!!

The epitome of communism, tenants are accepted based on credit scores. Properties are bought and instantly flipped, with little to no maintenance. No room for error here folks, signing a 12 month lease with these guys will cost you a limb - if you find yourself in a financial bind. Best of luck on your crusade to infiltrate the Canadian housing market. The red army and mother Russia would be proud. You may as well install a kiosk with hammer and sickle decals.

My experience in this apartment it so exciting.I had lived for 8 months at 11 greenbrook drive east and I had lived for 1 year at 1023 3avenu east now I am living at 1027 3rd Avenue east . It so quite and nice place . And the manager cherry she is so friendly and very committed lady . She is helping and easily communicate with the people renting so I want appreciate her for her help and smart of management.

Apartments doors are not secured, People smoking weed and lots of noise and fighting. Wouldn't recommend a family with children's to live but maybe suitable for bachelors

worst of the worst living. Staff is not at co operative. poor construction. worst place to in Brooks. non professional peoples.
