After an oversight on their part that prevented our online order from being prepared or delivered in a timely manner, the asst mgr Brett took care of business. His efforts turned a potentially disappointing experience into quite a positive one. Brett delivered terrific customer service in this case.

We ordered takeout today. We ended up missing all cutlery, all condiments and dips. We received decently cold food. The Bandera bread was also missing the dip. Quesedilla was missing sour cream etc.
