The food was alright but the woman serving me was extremely rude

Good customer service and clean. Employees are very friendly and take orders very patiently.
This was the poorest experience at a Harvey's. Staff are trying to get condiments order at till, guessing and then messing up orders at. When told order is wrong remove item without consideration that item may need to be replaced due to allergies. Location was not busy so there was no need to rush. Hopefully better service next time so better review can be considered
Waited 15mins in drive through when there were only 2 other vehicles ahead of me, the inside of the restaurant looked empty as well. I only ordered fries and onion rings, but they were over cooked. The fries crunched like I was eating crackers and tasted like cardboard, would not be coming back.
