I like to come here to refill my water jugs. I tested the water with a TDS meter and got very low readings usually less than 5ppm. Compared to other grocery stores that usually get about 65ppm this place is much better

I’ve been to this car wash multiple times and usually everything is alright, the usual you can expect from a self service car wash(which isn’t much) but today the machine ate my money so I went to the desk to talk to someone about it and no one was there. I waited for over 10 MINUTES and no one showed up. Finally this young guy walks into the office from outside and when I told him I’d been waiting he said ‘sorry, I was in the back.’ Why lie? I saw you walk in from outside. Whatever. I understand if you need to take a break but put up a sign so people don’t get frustrated waiting! Don’t just leave your job unattended, and then lie to customers. Very annoyed. Obviously no one expects great customer service at a self service car wash but this was horrible. You at least expect someone to BE AT THE DESK if there’s a problem.

The tandem, one-way design of the car wash is horrible. If the first vehicle to go in is done washing, you still have to wait for the second vehicle to finish before you can go in so the line gets long as you always have to wait for 2 people to finish at a time.The payment seems very SKETCHY. To pay by credit card, they hold a charge of $34.95 for up to 48 hours even though you might only spend $5. Why can't they just charge you for what you actually use? I avoid using my credit card so I went to get coins. Because of covid, the cashier does not handle cash (makes sense) and the sign tells you to use their coin machine but the coin machine is "Out of Order".

For being the only hand wash car wash in town it's ok. Recent upgrades of bays and equipment but lacking good product. Rarely contionous hot water little soap compared to other car washes. Probably trying to save a buck or two. And the drive thru wash is way over priced. Better off going to the esso/Macs down the street for a luxury wash for $13 compared to $20 at westcreek. To add went there today 11/28/2020, entire wash was ice cold water. I understand times are tough with covid19 but really cheaping out at this carwash.
