Very nice place to shop. Very helpful staff and they work together as a team to assist their customers. I had another cashier help bag my groceries and put them in my cart,and another cashier run and grab me two items I forgot from my list,now that was great team work and excellent service. Oh and I was asked if i needed help to bring my order out. Very well run store with customer service taking top priority!

Easy to access and conveniently located in a shopping center and right next door to a Shopper's Drugmart; there is usually ample parking but it is a high traffic area with a lot of pedestrian traffic so take it slow. This store seems very small and cramped compared to its competitors, which makes it all the more difficult for them to follow proper Cov-19 precautions. Prices on most items are higher then at other stores but they do often have excellent deals on meat so its worth keeping an eye out and some open space in your freezer.

This is the place I do my groceries more then anywhere else in Sylvan Lake. I believe that food is not something you try to go cheap on, quality over quantity. On that note though, they do have fairly priced foods. Meats , produce, and other products are on sale many times a month. Just like any other grocery store I would double check my produce. Sometimes you find yourself with an inferior product . In house bakery has great breads in a large assortment and all staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A bonus to Sobeys is the ability to collect air miles points.

Lots of selection of food. The store does not have a pharmacy, yet it comes up pharmacy listings for Sylvan lake,Alberta05/12/20 It does not feel safe, no mask rules, we avoid it as much as possible due to Covid 19.

I found the staff at the tills very rude and could use some lessons on customer service. Very unfriendly bunch. I prefer to shop in Red deer a more friendly environment! Hard to keep local for that reason as far as groceries go!
