Love this place! As much a part of Sylvan Lake as the lake itself! The owners are amazing people as well! the new generation are constantly innovating and improving. A staple for our family! We recently had one of their ice cream cakes for a birthday and WOW!!!!! Blown away!!! So good!!
Not all flavors are good. So be very picky and think before you oder. My family ordered 6 different flavors and only two were outstanding, rest were so-so.
We were excited to have ice cream and went up to the counter to have a look at the different choices but the rude employee behind the glass was very short with us. At first I thought it was a misunderstanding and we had done something wrong. We smiled and tried to ask a few questions and again she raised her voice so we just turned around and left.
Always have to stop here or at Little Moo when visiting Sylvan Lake. Lots of flavors to choose from. NY cherry cheesecake and salted caramel fudge were delicious.
Employees and managers are treated so poorly by the owners. The labour board really needs to investigate this place. I know many people who worked there and had to quit due to be treated poorly, or not getting paid what they should have, or not having the breaks they legally need to have. If thinking of applying please do not.
