Asked for fries with no salt and oddly my burger was loaded with salt. I've never in all my years ate a burger loaded with salt from McDonald's. I just moved here so I'm confused overall with my experience and will not be returning unless its for a large pop during summer drink days. I just don't trust the kids that work there. Order taken by a girl working drive through on sept 25 around 4pm if you care to look into it.

No hair nets, big beards without nets... Flys buzzing around the prep area. Staff not nearly as courteous as they could be. Avoid this location like the plague. Guy tried to give me half an ice cream, then made me wait 2 minutes for the other while he served everyone else in line, like how ignorant can you be. Instagram: jasonvanjason587

I can't believe it that you have to ask for ketchup,when it should be a given. And when I called back,the ladys exact words were "For christ sake, you want ketchup, you have too ask for it"! I really don't care about the ketchup, but the absolute rudeness of of her. This was at The Sylvan Lake Alberta.

I just went to order through drive thru. The lady that tried to help me kept cutting me off when I was talking.she asked me if I wanted anything else repeatedly before I was even finished. I said for her to please let me finish talking before she cuts me off again. She told me if I don’t like it I can go the the first window. She’s doing the best she can Then she says good bye and the speaker went dead. So unbelievably rude and inappropriate Complete WORST service ever in my life. I won’t be back and I will make sure everyone knows. I was horrified. I hope you retrain your staff on how important customer service is.
