I come to Shopper's almost exclusively for pharmacy needs so I can only speak to them: All of the staff is very polite and professional, many are kind and knowledgeable and a few are new and still learning. They continue to have a very reasonable turn around time on medications despite all the issues related to covid. *HOWEVER* They do not require customers to wear masks and some staff were wearing a splash shield but no mask underneath.

I am writing this review because I am absolutely disgusted with how a staff member in the pharmacy department dealt with me as a customer. I went in to buy Plan B and I have never felt so awkward or judged in my life. The staff member did not say one word to me through the entire purchase and I had to ask for a bag, which she was annoyed by also. She also did not provide any details or side affects that could come with this purchase. I hope this staff member realizes who she is, and recognizes the severity of her behaviour. You have no idea why someone could be buying that item and you could be making a bad situation worse. I was not comfortable writing about my purchase but the staff needs to know that is unacceptable behaviour to customers and people in general. I only put one star because I had to, to be able to post this. This situation deserves 0 stars. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I use this pharmacy at least once per month. Have always been awesome. Today I learned how to use my babies epipen. The pharmacist was amazing with all my questions. I also bought some cosmetics from a beautiful blonde lady with very neat glasses. She was amazing helping me find skin care for myself and my specific problems. SUCH A NICE WOMAN! She even gave me free samples of stuff for my daughters bath time! I’m so thankful for the women at this cosmetic counter. My skin has changed since having my daughter and this was the only place I’ve received any kind help and ideas on how to care for it without breaking the bank, as I’ve never had a skin care regime until about six months ago. AWESOME! Highly recommend these ladies.
