Grande Cache Inn and Suites

Brandy the operation manager is amazing at her job, fast and Efficient, went out of her way to get us 3 perfect suites! She was so professional over the phone and When we checked in the staff had everything ready just the way The manager said it would be💕 excellent service from Alisha who checked us in, took her less than 5 min ti get us all our paper work for 3 rooms! Her smile was so welcoming and warm.Amazing from check in to check our, the staff kept us supplied With daily towels as needed, love the clean expensive sheets on with towels as I personally have to have double towels everyday 🙃🙃 Rooms were big, spacious Super clean With NO musky old smell THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS I HAVE MOLD ALLERGIES! love love love the beds and pillows both my husband and I commented how comfortable and pain free the beds were for us. HUGE THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE AND CARE💕💕💕 1000% recommend staying here

Stayed here for a few days with our family. Room was clean. Breakfast was good also. Staff was also great with our kids. No complaints. Would stay again next time.

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable & the pillows are too. The staff are great. My only complaint would be the air conditioner. It was very noisy & kept waking us up.

Old hotel but probably the best one in town. Friendly front desk staff. Small room with a nice fireplace. Offering bagged breakfast during covid. We didn't get a good night sleep due to dripping noise from the roof and some sort of mechanical noise coming from bathroom/wall. House keeping ladies were so eager to clean rooms in the morning. They started knocking at everyone's door 9ish and chatting in the hallway. I got booted out as soon as my hubby checked out at 9.45ish. would not recommend this hotel to light sleepers.

Decent hotel, very good COVID mitigation.
