It would be great if you werent left on hold for 25+ minutes at a time, its a slow store. Its not THAT busy, you know. For a simple yes or no question, too. They barely have anything stocked and then theyll say theyll order it, and still wont for months.

Not bey COOL to say your open till 9pm and your NOT perhaps UPDATE your site to reflect its REAL hours so people don't waste their time if they're from out of town ... Like me 👎🏽👎🏽
