Great customer service. Nice and clean and very friendly & helpful store employees.

Everything went well at the store! I will see how the delivery gets done... then post my results!

Store was short staffed during a sale and it caused several people to wait over 15 minutes to speak to a staff member. We had already chosen our product and only needed someone to take our payment and order so the wait was disproportionate to our service needs. Days after ordering, we received a notification that our product shipping would be delayed. It creates a stark contract to the experiences we've had at a neighboring Brick location.

Spoke with the manager, Jenni, about a tv stand and she was amazing! So helpful and straight up! This girl needs a raise!

Excellent Brick store. Very helpful. They had to order in the item I wanted but that's usually the way it goes with rural locations. The store has lots of stock but was out of what I wanted. No big deal. It arrived about 4 days later and I was promptly contacted to pick it up. Thank you!
