The staff was friendly and funny. Even with the lockdown restrictions they did their best to make everyone feel welcome and as comfortable as possible.
Great selection of hot breakfast and lunch items that can be ordered and delivered to your table.
New protocols in place. Very safe and easy to get food/drink.
The staff here are amazing! The lounge is very well done, and provides a nice view onto the tarmac for those interested in checking out the aircraft. Late night travelers may miss the food, but the drinks will still be flowing and the staff are still great. Definitely worth the upgrade
Sat at the bar on a Sunday morning for 15 minutes before having to ask 2 employees happily chatting away if anyone was working. No apology fire not having served me.
Told the lounge in October 2019 that the belt on the baby changing table was missing and a clear safety hazard - returned 5 months later and it was still not fixed.
