When calling to report a kidnapping and asking for some help I got a rude lady to answer at dispatch who asked me if my call was important because there were other people on the line after arguing for 20mins while I'm driving and pleading for help she finally says shell sen an officer to do a wellness check then after a day and me taking matters into my own hands for my child's safety I get a call from a dispatch officer telling me it's a family matter sadly enough family or not the kidnapper had no legal rights to my child and social services should've been called in they weren't instead I begged pleaded and cried on a 10 hour drive fearing for my child protect and serve is what your job says who did you protect what did you serve
