Total Office Supply

Rude. I've been in here twice in the past year or so for courier service and printer ink. Staff is oddly rude, like they don't want walk-in customers. If they only want business accounts, they should rethink their location. They were quick to get my ink cartridge in but won't go in again simply because I feel like I'm putting them out when I'm there. There are other stores in town.

The absolute worst customer service ever...I went into the Total Office Supplies office the other day as one of my customers got a damaged package...This store being an agent for Purolator is how I send...After explaining my situation the rude lady almost smiling told me to contact purolator...In addition I was informed that they dont take purolator guff???? What does that mean...Dont bring any concerns to them...I explained to the one lady to whom I believe was the manager that when a customer brings a concern in atleast looked like you care dont sit there smiling about my misfortune...She then told me if I want an apology or caring I should contact Justin Trudeau...Unbelievable how they are an agent for Purolator...They don't accept Purolator guff or concerns rediculous...Stay away use someone else...They are below a 1 in customer service here...

This is the absolute wost customer service I've experienced anywhere in Salmon Arm. I wish there was a way that Purolator could move their drop off location from here. Most experiences I've had here were unpleasant, mostly because of the workers' extremely rude behaviour. On multiple occasions I've been told to come back another time or day because they couldn't bother to look for my package. The place where they keep packages appears to be very poorly organized, maybe they could do something about that. They seem almost gleeful to turn people away and waste their time! If it's too difficult for them to match names on boxes they should forward the labour to people that are competent enough to do so.

First off, these folks are awesome! I have to come here from out of town to get my packages because our depot (Sorrento) was closed because no one out here will take the ABUSE of so many horrendous customers. What is wrong with people? I was in Total Office the other day & a lady came in without a mask, screamed at the staff - despite them acting professional and offering to bring her package outside - and then was shocked when they refused to serve her following her obvious verbal abuse. The ignorance is staggering. This location now has more packages that the post office but some "Karens" out there seem to think they should make everyone else wait to find their packages in the unsorted piles?? Anyway, keep up the great work ladies, even if a tiny minority of ignorant people are on your case, MOST of us love you & everything you do for us. Remember people, if they choose to dump Purolator, we're all going to go to Vernon or something to get our packages.

Sensational Service! An employee left a valuable piece of equipment at one of our remote sites. It was dropped off to Total Office Supply. They packaged the item up, and shipped it back to us. WHAT GREAT SERVICE! Thanks.
