Garbage customer service. We paid for them to reverse the door on a new Samsung fridge. They did it wrong and within a month the "open door" alarm started going off endlessly. We didn't know why. They told us it wasn't their problem and we waited 10 days for a "certified" Samsung technician to come and repair it. Beeping alarm went off every 30 seconds for 10... freaking...days.... If I could give 0 stars, I would... we'll never buy here again.

My mother bought a portable dishwasher and when it was was delivered they told her it didn't have wheels. That wasn't true. We had to put the wheels on by ourselves.

Best furniture and Appliances store around for Shopping by phone. I purchased a new dishwasher over the phone with them deal was closed in under 2 minutes no fuss no muss thank you( They already had most of my information on file from a previous purchase This probably saved 1 minute)
