The team at Sherets Plumbing / Splashes Bath and Kitchen in Salmon Arm were incredible in the way they understood what were looking for in our plumbing fittings ( Bathroom tapware, shower heads, toilets, shower bases and screens, Kitchen sinks, Laundry tubs, vanity basins ) . Lauren Valhalla very quickly tuned in to the style we were chasing for our home and saved us enormous amounts of time and energy by steering us towards the products she instinctively knew would appeal to us in regards to style AND quality. The showroom was clever in its layout and through Lauren's competent guidance ,we were very quickly drawn to the right products, we were able to touch them, hold them and get a true feel for the quality and aesthetics of each product. Of most importance to us is the consistently high levels of communication we experienced during the planning and purchasing experience. Any follow up communication has been on this same high level, thankyou Lauren and Sherets. We now understand why Sherets has their well deserved reputation for customer service. This type of service is how a company creates customer loyalty and return clients. This level of service seems somewhat rare these days and its an absolute pleasure to be on the receiving end of this level of service. A genuine thank you Lauren and the entire team at Sherets in Salmon Arm.

Splashes staff are very helpful and the quality of products for our new build was excellent. We were able to do our entire new home package easily with support from staff. We are very happy with our choices!! Thanks Splashes for making it so easy for us!!

The staff at splash’s are very helpful when you are picking fixtures for your home. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have always had a great experience doing business with them and would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was in the little showroom today hoping I would get some assistance, but i looked around and around 20 min and left with not having spoke with anyone. There were two people working and both were with the same 2 customers.....not sure how you work with your customers...but you may consider appts for larger customer orders....

I can't thank Lauren enough for her help in walking me through the purchase of all the little and big things that i would need in doing my first bathroom renovation. Being a complete newcomer to this sort of thing can be overwhelming but she listened to my ideas and managed to steer me in the right direction.
