Municipal Hall | West Vancouver

Getting an inspector takes forever! They don't show up at all. They don't show up AND they don't tell anyone they are not going to show up. Conflicting information from different inspectors of the genre. Inspectors giving incorrect information. Getting our building's boiler replaced took 9 months, thanks to West Vancouver's City Hall. Over 100 residents were without heat for 9 months, well into November. Two elderly residents in October and November, likely brought on by West Vancouver City Hall's inspectors' negligence. We were all freezing cold in our suites. Shame on West Vancouver City Hall. It is an inhumane institution. Shameful.

Hi there, I have EV car. I live in Canada, Vancouver. First of all i want to say thanks for make a station in north vancouver. Please make many fast electronic station in Wes vancouver or North Vancouver because just there is a one fast station there. I was wondering if you set up that to our city . Bylaws re. traffic and parking in residential areas staff never answer phone. When and if they do they are disrespectful, unprofessional and rude to the extreme. They, especially female employees, sound as you woke them up in the middle of their nap. They never seem to know what's going on in their own neighbourhood, never seen driving around checking unlawfully parked vehicles. They should remember WE pay their salaries.

Easy to get information when you need it. Please stop cutting the park staff though. Classic story about managment decides to keep managment, but cut a worker bee to save money. We get more benefit form a worker bee in the park than an excess desk job emplyee. We need worker bees, we use our parks and others do too!
