Freddie was my technician and he did a wonderful job of my carpets. I had significant staining from a sick animal and plus some work I had done to the house and he managed to make everything look new. Freddie was punctual as well as very courteous and respectful. I will definitely request him as my technician again in the future. I have been using Smithwerks for my rugs for over 10 years and their quality standards continue to be exceptional.
When we moved out of our old home Nick took care of the carpet cleaning in a professional and timely manner for good value. We were impressed so we used SmithWerks again for the house we moved into and Freddie provided the same quality we expected. Would recommend.
It was such a pleasure working with the team at SmithWerks. They were able to come in at the drop of a hat to clean our carpets before our move. They were professional, on time, they wore appropriate PPE and were extremely diligent. We had some pet stains, and they worked hard to get them out. The place looks fantastic!
