We had a major scare with some potential water damage so we called Nigel at Malkin and gave him a run down of the situation. He explained that it probably wasn't enough to warrant having them come in and do an assessment and suggested monitoring it on our own for the next 72 hours before reevaluating what needed to be done. We had NO idea what we were supposed to do and he easily could have sent some people over and charged our uninformed selves a bunch of money, but instead gave us free advice and was very friendly and happy to provide us with an honest response. We appreciate the professionalism and hopefully will not have to do business with them ever, but they will be the ones we call if something major does happen.

Brian and his team were superb. Very professional, arrived on time, got the work done efficiently and left it as clean as possible and very nice. Highly recommend using them for any home improvement things- they removed black mold in our old family home and did a really great job. Thanks guys!
I was looking for a reliable dry cleaner in West Vancouver, thought this would be the one, but it is terribly hard to get to. I get around by bus and it's as if this neighbourhood only caters to cars. Wish there was a reliable way to get here by transit, but until then, will have to do my dry cleaning elsewhere.
