Pretty location but that’s also where good things stop about them. Super overpriced. Charged me around $130 for cleaning of three garments with no special care needs. These are garments I have had cleaned a lot of times before at half the price around $60 in downtown. I love environment too but unless they are shipping my clothes off to be hand washed in French springs, it shouldn’t cost this much.
Overpriced, two dress pants and two dress shirts cost me $50 plus. Not anywhere close to average price for dry cleaning. Way too expensive and service is average at best.
Being in the clothing business for so many years, you learn who to trust and where to take your expensive clothing. Do not hesitate to trust this business. They care! Relationships matter.
Got a follow up phone call after registering with Carousel and then met the driver the following week. Super nice and professional!! Got my first set of cleaning this morning and they did a fantastic job with the shirts.... Super convenient and at a really great price. Can’t recommend them enough!
Took my duvet in to be cleaned. Store was really well set up for Covid. Service was friendly, efficient and prompt. Ready when they said it would be and estimate was dead on. Would definitely use them again.
