Rosemary Rocksalt - Ironwood

Just came here for my first time as I work in the neighborhood and was excited to find out they have Gluten Friendly Bagels. I ordered the Turkey Lettuce Tomato (without tomato) on the gluten free rosemary rocksalt - I wanted so badly to love this place but for $11:50 I got a tiny (but tasty) bagel and a few small pieces of rotten lettuce. I'm pretty tolerant but this was kind of just gross. I just want to suggest the use of fresh veggies ( especially if it is the only veggie on the sandwich) for future patrons. Hopefully others have had better. For an 11$ sandwich it should sort of be a given to get fresh veggies and enough to make it a real sandwich. I would recommend if you want good bang for your buck to get a sandwich somewhere else, Bagel was quite tasty though.

I remember eating Rosemary's bagels few years back and they were delicious! Just recently bought 3 bagels (2 rosemary and 1 cinnamon) and all 3 bagels were extremely doughy. I figured that maybe once I toasted them the doughy texture will become more crispy but toasting it didn't do too much. Are the bagels undercooked? They don't taste very great and certainly not how I remembered them a few years ago. I'm a little disappointed in the quality of these bagels. As I'm eating the bagel, it's getting stuck all over my teeth! I probably will not purchase these again.
