Very well set up for social distancing. Friendly staff. I had the spicy chicken burger. It had a great crunch and a bit of heat. We also ordered the cajun salad that came with beans etc. The chicken was excellent, perfect seasoning and juicy. We will be back.

Our 1st visit to a Brown's Socialhouse. They've really done an outstanding job of setting the place up in accordance of CoVid19 regulations. The best pandemic layout we've seen so far! Really well done👍 The food was great, fresh, tasty and very generous portions. The service was fantastic too. We"lol most definitely return soon!

Great food, beautiful staff and a perfectly cooked rare steak with great company made for a perfect evening. Definately will be back and bringing more friends once covid restrictions allow more than 6 to a party! My next business meeting in Richmond will be undoubtedly hosted at this location. Excellent choice for a Monday night get together

Edited review - the volume went down. Praise be! Thank you. Great food, lovely staff. They have barriers up for covid and masks on staff. Wayyyy too loud. Asked management to turn it down a touch and she couldn't because it's a preset volume. Boo.

I don't know how its possible to have this sloppy of service, but it has happened more than once. The same scenario involving server neglect happened during a lunchtime a few years back, and again tonight; the scenario where we walked into the restaurant, were seated and proceeded to be ignored by ALL the servers for 15-20 minutes. Even after making eye contact several times, no one approached our table and took our order. Our designated server seated new customers NEXT to our table but didn't check on us. We ended up walking out. I can't imagine its the same server involved, and maybe it's a coincidence. But when there aren't even enough diligent staff to notice us leave, then that's a severe flaw, and an unacceptable one.
