Drive thru is kinda wonky to get to but the service was great.

I went in to pick up my mobile order, but forgot my facial cover. I went up to the counter and asked for one, they gave me a black cloth facial cover. Nice to know. :)
This location has a serious issue with baristas, they forgot to put coffee/espresso into coffee drinks, same drinks taste always different. It is such a shame as a global coffee franchise, owner/manager should take care about training their baristas. This one even has drive-thru...what a waste.
I made a mistake with my order at drive through and Megan kindly accepted changing my order after it’s been made. She also handed me the one I mistakenly ordered when I was about to leave. Thank you so much for your kindness and also the staff who took my order!(she helped me come up with the coffee to closest to my liking) Great customer service!
