Great people and products as you would expect
I called them looking to buy a dirtbike they said they were busy and they would call me right back I waited a couple hours they never called back so I called again got the answer machine so I waited a couple more hours call back got the answer machine so I left a message. I weighed it again and they never called me back so I ended up buying a Yamaha
They took my vehicle in on short notice and managed with great effort to repair the ignition lock cylinder mechanism enough for me to drive home to Edmonton even though it would've been to their financial benefit to order parts and make me wait a few days for them to arrive. Everyone was unfailingly polite and friendly.
I took my Acura TL to this dealership and the service from to finish was tremendous. Chad Ford and the team here take care of you and go through any issues they find with your vehicle thoroughly. A job well done to the team here at Edson Honda.
