Commodore Lanes

I loved the retro style of this place, it makes for a very fun place to go at night, and it's location on Granville is pretty cool as you feel like you're going into the underbelly of Vancouver to an old bowling alley. The prices were a bit expensive.

It's super OLD. Seriously, old doesn't mean dirty. So much dust everywhere. Clean a little bit or change the whole amount of "decorative" items around the place... less is best.

Pretty decent 5 pin bowling. Lots of lanes. Has a bar you can buy drinks from when the staff has time. It seemed pretty old and dated.

Pros: Great location in downtown Vancouver. Close to all sorts of amenities and other entertainment. On-location concession. Great for dates and outings with friends. Cons: Dated equipment. Green monochrome score-keeping monitors. Balls are not in the best condition as many have small chunks missing.

Went here with friends yesterday and had lots of fun. Made a reservation earlier in the day so we got in right away at our slot. Everyone that works there were super friendly, will be back!
