I received amazing service from Partth when I ordered a matcha latté. He suggested making it with coconut mylk instead of my usual dairy free alternative. It was the most delicious matcha latté! I appreciated his expertise in suggesting coconut Mylk. He is passionate about creating an excellent experience at this Blenz and knows how to craft the perfect beverage. Thank you Partth!

Super disappointed in Blenz Lonsdale today. Plastic wrapped EVERYTHING. Every single baked item was wrapped in layers of plastic, I couldn’t even see some of the items. My first question is: how fresh are these baked goods? Are they a couple days old? Why are they wrapped like this? Not a good look. Every upscale, high quality bakery would NEVER wrap their products in plastic. It pollutes our world and just looks bad. I’ll be coming back to see if this changes, and hope the owner realizes the mistake in this action.

The place is always dirty . Staff should be cleaning instead of chatting with other staff.. This place sure could go for a up grade . Coffee not very hot. I am sitting here watching two staff chatting and they could be using that time to clean.. I was here yesterday . And the same dirt is on the floor.. Today's date sept 1 2020. I have notice .staff are following the covid19 guidelines.. Tables are not being wipe down after each customer. That is inside and out.

The manager is so rude. The staff members are nice but unfortunately the management is awful.

A lot better than Starbucks in terms of quality and taste. People expect too much from coffee shop employees. The people who work at Blenz dont need to smile and ask me how my day is-i dont care about that- although they usually do which is nice. All I care about is employees being polite and making your order correctly and efficiently. They are usually pretty good. But occasionally they will have a new hire who is more concerned about staring at their phone than paying attention to customers or making their orders. One time a guy screwed up like 3 times on a simple order, staring at his phone the entire time. Generally they are pretty good, but sometimes they are too relaxed with new hires. People complaining about the saran wrap need to get a grip- it preserves the freshness of their baked goods and stops flies from landing on them. If you dont like their use of saran wrap then stop going out to coffee shops and take a chill pill. At starbucks they just let the diseased fruit flies land on the baked goods before serving it to you. Yum!
